Bright Running Journal

Editorial policy

Bright Running Journal aims to make running topics clear, proportionate and useful. We distinguish explanation from opinion and avoid presenting general information as a personal prescription.

Accuracy and clarity

We check factual statements against suitable sources before publication and explain terms where readers may meet them for the first time. Where a topic is uncertain or depends on context, we say so rather than imply a single answer applies to everyone.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made for the reader, not to secure a product mention or partnership. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage, a favourable view or editorial control.

Corrections

If a published article contains an error, readers can flag it through the Contact page. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted, making meaningful changes clear to readers.

Partners and illustrations

Paid or partner material is labelled so readers can tell it apart from independent editorial work. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; they are illustrative, not evidence of an event, product test or real scene.
